On April 16 – 17, 2008 in frames of Euro – Ukrainian Centre for Insurance Development (EUCID) there was a 2 – days training on “Insurance enterprise” organized. This training was a final one in Block B of the training course for insurance specialists, launched in April 2007 by TACIS Project.
The seminar was run by Director of the Institute for Human Resource Development in the Insurance Industry and International Short – Term Expert on Trainings of TACIS Project, Dieter Lorenz (Hamburg, Germany).
The average amount of the participants, which attended the module totaled 24. The average mark for the test the participants wrote for the lecturer to assess the level of knowledge obtained has made 73 (out of 100 possible).
It was proposed to the participants to make an assessment after each module for the organizers to improve an organizational process in future. The seminar was evaluated very positively and at a very high level; the score has made 4.9 (scale: 1-5, 1-poor, 5- excellent).
